Overview

The PERFORM-KUH Professional Development Program helps trainees acquire skills and knowledge needed to navigate KUH-focused research careers. The program is designed for predoctoral and postdoctoral trainees across participating institutions and combines structured seminars, research-in-progress sessions, grant writing support, mentor training, and individualized professional development planning.
